Dear customers,

we recommend that you pre-order the following products:

  • disposable gloves

  • full face goggles / safety goggles

  • visitor glasses

  • protective suits

  • disposable masks / hygiene masks (FFP1, FFP2, FFP3)

  • face shields

The current delivery times for these products are currently around 90 days. An improvement in the delivery situation is unfortunately no longer to be expected in this calendar year.

We deliver these products within Germany by cash on delivery (for first-time customers) or on account for regular customers.

In the case of international orders, the customer will be informed as soon as the shipment is possible so that he can pay for the goods.

We place our orders for these products on the Monday of each calendar week.

The order is processed with the respective goods receipt.

Ordering and delivery of medical products

At the moment medical products can only be pre-ordered.

These products will be delivered as soon as possible (unfortunately we cannot give an exact date because medical products are currently difficult to procure).

These products include medical goggles, medical protective gloves, respiratory masks, disposable masks, medical gloves and protective suits with medical use.

Even if these items are available, delivery outside of Germany is currently excluded (export ban).

If the export ban is lifted again, we will process the orders in the orders in-order.

Please note that we do not update delivery times or quantities in our online shop, as the current situation is not foreseeable.
